Ladies urged to get on their bikes
Medway Velo Club not only have annual championship prizes for competitive female cyclists but also are keen to ensure that all ladies have the opportunity to grow in their cycling confidence. Small steady paced rides take place weekly, and these are aimed at newer members who are anxious about cycling in groups and on the road. All rides include a tea stop for a friendly chat.
