Louise Mason continued her comeback in time trialling by being first placed female at the Catford CC Open Ten mile time trial on the Q10/19 Tonbridge by-pass.
Cold and windy conditions meant that the Tonbridge course was not as fast as it can be, but Lou still came in with a time of 25:14, beating many of the male riders in the process. Steve Smith and Dominic Campbell also rode. Steve’s power was stronger than in previous years but his time was a little slower than expected due to the conditions and he recorded 22:16, Dom, happier that it wasn’t raining this year, came home in 22:34.
