The 50th annual awards ceremony of the Medway Velo Club took place at Gillingham Golf Club on Saturday, 10 November.
The event brings club-mates together to award those who have represented the Medway Velo over the year.
This year’s guest of honour was ‘The Lion of Flanders’ Johan Museeuw a former world champion cyclist who has won the Paris Roubaix and the Tour of Flanders three times.
After a fantastic address to the club Johan handed out trophies and medals to members of the team who have had success in a number of disciplines throughout the year.
