Wednesday saw 10 velo members gather at Iwade for the June club time trial.
A brisk wind blew the riders down the long straight of the Sheppey Way, however they also had to contend with an equally strong headwind on the raspberry hill section of the course.
Lee Kingston led the way with a time of 25:11, whilst Andy Smith, riding the course for the first time, took second place only thirty seconds behind.

Friday evening saw Matty Stokoe racing in his first race at the cyclopark in the U16 Summer Series. The race started steady with a few attacks which were quickly pulled back, and Matty was well positioned in the bunch . The race came down to a Sprint and despite being forced into the grass on the last lap Matty finished in the bunch . A good ride for his first race at cyclopark averaging 23.5mph.
