The last Sunday in July has become the regular date for the Ride London activities and a number of Velo members completed the 100 mile course which takes them from the Olympic Park, into Surrey and back to finish in Central London on the Mall.
Those who rode in velo colours were: Mark Cornford, Karen Florey, Dave Gaylor, Debbie Pyart, Karl Ford, Chris Stainton, James Ecclestone, and Shaun Robinson.
Elsewhere Rich Stokoe competed in his third race of the week at the LVRC Circuit Race Championships at the Redbridge Cycle Circuit; Rich battled hard in the race but was hampered by a lack of a real warm up.
Well done to everyone who rode in club colours this weekend.
