A number of members compete in multi-sport disciplines, and members can also to take advantage of custom Bio-Racer kit enabling them to compete in club colours.
The move to include multi-sport follows a very successful season for members of the Medway Velo. Previously Matt Nunn won his age group at the Whitstable triathlon whereas club chairman Rob Kennison took part in the South East Team Duathlon Champs alongside road race captain Tom Knight and members Rob Sapp and Sally Smith. Sally also won the Swale duathlon in November. The club also boasts a 2017 Ironman finisher, Kay Maynard, who sported her Medway cycle jersey throughout the 112-mile bike leg of the event in Lanzarote.
Sally and Kay are also qualified assistant triathlon coaches with British Triathlon should any members require guidance.
